DARKPOOL command showing NVDA dark pool prints of $1M and up, with its levels by notional over the week

Typing it

DARKPOOLTickermin=
>DARKPOOLNVDA min=1m
Lists NVDA dark pool prints of $1M and up, with its levels by notional.

What you see

  • Prints. Time, price, shares, notional, % ADV (the print against the stock’s average daily volume, amber at 1% and up) and the facility it was reported to. A print is a done trade: which side started it is not known.
  • Flags. LATE, PRIOR PX (a price agreed earlier), EXT HRS, AVG PX and QCT (the stock leg of a stock and options package). AVG PX and QCT did not trade at their price, so they are not counted in the levels or drawn on the chart.
  • Levels by notional. With one ticker: the prices where the most money printed, Today or over the Week (the last 5 sessions). 2d or 3d means the level printed on that many sessions.

Controls on the panel

Ticker box
One ticker for its levels. Empty lists every ticker. Clicking a ticker in the list does the same.
$100K+ to $10M+
The smallest print listed. min= on the command sets it.
Today / Week
Levels from today’s prints, or summed over the last 5 trading sessions.

Good to know

  • The live feed carries the FINRA/Nasdaq and BSE TRFs and the ADF, not the NYSE TRF: about 5% of these prints on a calm session. At the open, when the stream falls behind, it can miss more.
