Premium Flow
Call against put premium paid into options over time: aggressive money, not passive open interest build. Use it to confirm or doubt what price and open interest are saying.

Shows the SPY net call and net put premium through the session.
What you see
- Crypto. Call premium in green above zero, put premium in red below. 0DTE uses 5 minute bars, WEEKLY 1 hour bars. A strip totals calls, puts and the difference.
- US equities. Running net call premium (bought minus sold) and net put premium through the session, or their difference with NET.
What to look for
- Sustained one-sided flow over several hours or days. It is more reliable than a single spike.
- A sudden put premium spike: a fear bid for protection.

Questions
How is premium flow different from open interest?
Premium flow is money paid by aggressive buyers and sellers as it trades. Open interest only shows the positions left at the end.
