Universe overview
The universe section is what you reach for when single-symbol analysis isn't enough. Daily-tier coverage across roughly 100 tracked tickers, surfaced through screeners, heatmaps, breadth panels, and a compression-spring radar.
The two tiers
BackQuant tracks coins at two levels of detail:
- Aggregate tier (BTC, ETH, SOL, HYPE), full cross-exchange perp + spot tape, intraday cadence, every panel works. Covered by the perps section.
- Daily tier (~100 tickers), daily candles, daily OI, daily funding, daily liquidations. Surfaced through the universe panels covered here.
The two are deliberately separate. Intraday tape on 100 coins would be data overkill; daily tape across the whole universe is the right cadence for screening, breadth, and rotation.
